Has alcohol in it so its a topical use, great to have in med cabinet.

Yodo sin glicerina y otros compuestos que lo rebajan (también se ve por su color, más oscuro que otros yodos). Utilizado para aporte energético y como suplemento, ya que la dieta de occidente no suele ser rica en este mineral (no como los asiáticos que comen regularmente algas y pescado). Buena función, lo recomiendo!
I use this iodine in so many ways! As a supplement, I have used it by taking a drop each day in a small amount of water. I am not very consistent, but have noticed a difference in energy when I am on it. It tastes like a little bit of vanilla in water. I love that it is also a great anti-microbial! I use it on every cut or bug bite, and it speeds up healing significantly. If I have a zit starting to show, I will put iodine on it at night and find it is almost gone in the morning, or at least significantly smaller. The orange stain is usually gone from my skin by morning. I find that putting some iodine on my wrist at night is a good way to see if I need to start using it as a supplement again - if the orange is gone within a few hours, I know that I should start taking a drop in the morning again. If I can still see the stain in the morning, I don't need to take it. I used to think that was crazy, but it has been a good system for me. When I have adequate iodine, I have more energy, less brain fog, my hair doesn't fall out as much, my skin is not as dry, and it's easier to lose weight - all the benefits of a healthy thyroid. Synthetic thyroid did not help me at all, but iodine did. It's not a panacea, but Magnascent iodine has been very helpful to me over the years. I would always use a nascent form - never potassium iodide or another form, as those can have serious toxic side effects if taken internally at the levels needed to make a difference. As always, do your research before starting anything like this, but 400 micrograms a day of this nascent form of iodine really makes a difference for me!

I don't care for the taste., however the absorbency is amazing!

This is my 2nd or 3rd order of Magnascent Iodine high potency supplement and it is the exact same high quality and helpful supplement as the other(s). The product is consistent, and everything the description says about it here, has been true for me. It has given me more energy, improved my skin, helped immediately clear brain fog and improve focus, helps regulate my weight and blood pressure, and overall makes me feel better than when I don't take it. You only need a drop a day, it's that powerful. One bottle lasts a long time, and you definitely get your money's worth!
