This Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy explains how customers can modify or cancel orders placed through our website. By placing an order, you agree to this policy along with our Terms of Service, Payment & Billing Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

2. Order Modification Window (0–6 Hours)

  • You have a 6-hour window after placing your order to make modifications or cancellations.
  • During this time, you can update your shipping address, change your order details, or cancel the order entirely.

To modify or cancel an order, contact us within 6 hours of placing it:

If your cancellation request is received within this window and the order has not yet shipped, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

3. Cancellations After 6 Hours or Post-Dispatch

Once your order has been processed or shipped, direct cancellation is no longer possible. If you still wish to cancel:

  • The order will continue to your delivery address.
  • You must return the package after receiving it.
  • A return shipping (RTO) fee will apply and be deducted from your refund.

No additional restocking fees are charged, but we cannot issue a full refund after shipping since return shipping costs apply.

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned product at our warehouse. Refunds are credited to the original payment method, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

5. Non-Cancellable Orders

We currently do not offer pre-orders or custom-made items. All standard orders can be modified or canceled according to this policy.

6. How to Request a Cancellation

  1. Contact us at Service@magnascent.com or through our contact form within 6 hours of placing your order.
  2. Include your order ID, registered email address, and reason for cancellation or modification.
  3. Our team will confirm the shipment status and either process a full refund (if unshipped) or guide you through the return procedure (if shipped).

7. Important Notes

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays may have extended processing times. Your 6-hour window starts from when your order is received.
  • Once shipped, no address or product changes can be made.
  • Refunds may take extra days to appear in your bank or card account depending on your payment provider.
