2. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the following conditions are met:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Products that are opened, used, or not in original condition are not eligible for return or refund.
3. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing product, contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery at Service@magnascent.com or via our contact form.
Once verified, we will offer either:
- A free replacement for the affected item(s), or
- A full refund to your original payment method.
We cover all shipping costs in these cases.
4. Change of Mind Returns
If you wish to return a product for personal reasons (“change of mind”), the following terms apply:
- You are responsible for the return shipping fee.
- The return shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund amount.
- Once approved, we will share the nearest return warehouse address by email.
- In some cases, a return label may be provided, and its cost will be deducted from your refund.
No restocking fees apply.

Do not ship your product back until you receive confirmation and return address details from our team.
6. Refunds
Once your returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will issue your refund within 7–10 business days.
Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at checkout. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed. Depending on your bank or card provider, the refunded amount may take a few additional days to appear.
7. International Orders & Customs
For customers outside the United States:
- Customs duties, import taxes, and local fees may apply based on your country’s regulations.
- These charges are not included in our prices or shipping rates and must be paid by the customer.
- Custom duties and taxes are non-refundable even if you return your order.
8. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used consumable products, including supplements or iodine-based solutions. Only unused and sealed items are eligible for return.
