If you pay with a card or account denominated in a different currency, your bank or card issuer may apply a currency conversion fee or use an exchange rate. Shield Bearer LLC does not charge currency conversion fees; any such fees are charged by your payment provider or card issuer.

6. Refunds & Processing Time

Refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 7–10 business days for refunds to appear on your statement; actual timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

8. Disputes & Chargebacks

If you open a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, we may be required to provide supporting documentation to the issuer. Reversing a legitimate chargeback may delay or impact refund processing.
