  • All transactions are governed by U.S. and local state laws (including applicable Texas regulations and taxes).

3. Payment and Billing Policy 

We accept major credit and debit cards — Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, UnionPay, JCB, ELO — as well as PayPal, Google Pay, and Shop Pay via Shopify Payments.

4. Shipping and Delivery Policy 

  • Orders processed within 0–1 business day (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
  • U.S. orders ship via USPS or UPS with free economy shipping (5–8 days).
  • International deliveries (Canada, Australia, Europe) use standard or express options.
  • Customs duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Return and Refund Policy 

Returns accepted within 30 days for unused, unopened products. Damaged, incorrect, or missing items must be reported within 24–48 hours for replacement or refund. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after receipt at our warehouse. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

6. Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy 

Orders can be modified or canceled within 6 hours. After shipment, cancellations are subject to a return shipping (RTO) fee deducted from the refund. We reserve the right to hold or cancel orders involving suspicious activity. Read our Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy for more.

7. Privacy Policy 

We collect customer data (name, email, address) to process orders and improve service. No payment data is stored on our site. Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments and other gateways. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.
